When you choose Global RCG for your citizenship process, we handle everything from beginning to end. We'll first create a personalized online portal for you and provide you with a list of necessary vital records required by local authorities for your case. You'll be able to upload any documents you already have, and we'll use this information to prepare the necessary forms for collecting vital records from the relevant state and local Departments of Health. After identifying and obtaining all necessary documents, we handle the tedious task of apostillizing and translating them (using only government-approved services) and then assemble the application for review by local immigration counsel.
Our entire mission revolves around removing the largely unnecessary friction, excess costs, and general opaqueness that have plagued the dual citizenship process since its inception. which is why we directly assist in the retrieval process through the automation of required document request forms, step-by-step guides, and an online portal. We've found that one of the major pain points is how time-intensive the overall process can quickly become, so we've meticulously aggregated and complied the most relevant and up-to-date information, built tech-enabled systems to dramatically reduce the overall time our members spend and make it as "plug-n-play" as possible.
While lodging your application directly through the Consulate may initially appear cheaper, it can come with added challenges such as navigating foreign laws and bureaucracy, corresponding with government offices, and covering additional expenses for notarial fees, apostilles, filing fees, and certified translations. Additionally, the final cost can be uncertain and a significant amount of time may be spent on locating and preparing the necessary documentation for submission.
The total it takes to obtain citizenship approval will vary from country to country, and in general will take anywhere from nine months to 24 months. While Global RCG cannot speed up the process each local government takes to adjudicate a case, we’ve been able to consistently reduce the application preparation process by 30% to 65% (in some cases). Naturally, the process will take longer if we start without any of the required documents or it becomes difficult to firmly establish your direct descendance from your European ancestors.
We have strict policies and procedures in place to guarantee that personal details, documents and information are treated in the strictest of confidence. We never share any information with anyone unless authorized by you. Read our Privacy Policy.
Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, or any other document issued by State, federal agency or certified by an American or foreign consulate. An apostille certifies the document(s), so the document can be recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.
Notarization is a three-part process, performed by a Notary Public, that includes vetting, certifying and record-keeping. Notarizations are sometimes referred to as "notarial acts." It is the assurance by a duly appointed and impartial Notary Public that a document is authentic, that its signature is genuine, and that its signer acted without duress or intimidation, and intended the terms of the document to be in full force and effect.
